John’s credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Lamar University, a Series 6 and 63 securities license, a Registered Investment Advisor’s License (RIA), and a Property & Casualty General Lines License. As a licensed financial advisor, John brings exceptional market knowledge, passion and integrity. He also possesses great communication skills and loves helping others obtain their personal financial freedom. Before joining Cinco Ranch Insurance, John was a successful Group Life and Health Insurance Broker and the last 11 years he has been a top 10%, Allstate Agency Owner with two locations and 3500 customers. On July 1, 2011, John sold his Allstate Agencies and partnered with his wife Beth Glowacz. Beth is the Agency Owner of Cinco Ranch Insurance Services, an Independent Trusted Choice Agency. Together, they both enjoy helping people plan, not only for their immediate needs but also for their future needs. John and Beth have been praised by both co-workers and clients alike for their attentiveness, honesty; integrity and in-depth analyses, making sure their customers receive the best product for their specific needs. Despite his demanding career in financial services, John makes time to be involved with professional associations as well as community organizations and community service. Giving back is very important to John. He is a member of the Health and Life Underwriters Association, the Independent Insurance Agents Association and the Trusted Choice Agents Association. John has helped 100’s of female athletes obtain College Scholarships, using girls fastpitch softball as the vehicle in obtaining a college education. He has been an ASA Junior Olympic Coach for the last 19 years and he continues with the organization in a consulting role. He also mentors At Risk kids who end up in the juvenile boot camp system, many of these kids next step is prison. These kids need someone who will not only listen, but serve as a role model while building their self esteem. John does 200 speeches per year for Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, sharing his heartfelt personal story and his practical life experiences with hopes of helping others make better informed choices when drinking and driving meet up. John was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. Most of his youth was spent growing up in Waco, Tx, where he also graduated High School. John served in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist from 1976 and was honorably discharged in 1980 after serving his 4 year term. John and his wife Beth married in August of 1982 and have lived in the Katy area for the last 29 years. They have raised 3 great kids and now have four wonderful grandchildren. They both believe in community and serving others in need. John and Beth love travel, golf, baseball, bowling, fishing and more importantly; quality time with family and friends.
